可依要求加工超复杂的柄部形状、结构、带内冷却孔方式、精度、公差、超长的总长度等等

 

可加工任意形状的切削刃头部及不同材料的头部刃口硬度

 

(可定制任意柄部形状及长度,最长可加工至750mm)

 

采用六轴五联动CNC磨削中心(AA)精研磨之微细锥度钻头，高同心度、高锋利性、高锐利性

 

材料:

•  超高防锈高耐磨不锈钢(AA)(HRC54°±2°断面)(常规常备)
•  超高回弹性，低耐磨不锈钢（AA）

We can process super-complicated shank shapes, structures, with inner cooling hole, finish, tolerance and super-long total length as customers' requirement

 

We can produce the cutting edge head with any shapes & hardness of different materials.
