高品级SDC钻石（CBNC）砂轮

砂轮标示：由用户依生产需要注明磨料种类、粒度、结合度、集中度（浓度）结合剂、数量等。

如有特殊要求,可依图纸或样品、尺寸公差要求现生产加工。

细颗粒磨具采用低浓度；

工作面宽及成型磨削用高浓度；

粗磨用较高浓度，半精磨与精磨用中等浓度，研磨抛光用低浓度；

要求高效率磨削时用较高浓度。

CBN是指立方晶氮化硼磨料:

主要在磨轮和磨光工具中使用，以对坚硬的铁工件材料进行机械加工。这些工具广泛地在汽车和航天工业中应用，以生产诸如齿轮、轴承、凸轮轴、曲柄轴之类的高精密的部件以及范围广泛的工程部件。

CBN进口金属被覆之合成立方晶氮化硼:

具有优秀的磨削锐利性。是用于磨削钨钢焊接件、高速工具钢、合金工具钢、轴承钢、不锈钢、铬钢、淬火钢、特殊铸铁、铝镍钴(Alnico),英高镍（Inconei）、钛合金等各类金属制品的理想磨具，相应WA、GC、PA等传统砂轮具有30~100倍以上的使用寿命，并可取得被磨削产品的高精密度和统一性；由于硬度仅为SDC的一半，磨削钨钢及碳化物工具在磨削效率及寿命上会略差些。

SDC进口高品级金属被覆之合成钻石:

具有磨削快、耐磨削的极佳锐利程度和砂轮寿命。适用于磨削钨钢（碳化物工具）、陶瓷、石英、矽晶、水晶、铁氧磁体（Ferrite）、铸铁、强化玻璃纤维、塑胶、橡胶、石棉等。但不适用于磨削高速工具钢、合金钢及镍、钛合金等钢类金属制品。

CBNC:

Imported high-grade metal coated synthetic CBN, with excellent grinding keenness, is the ideal abrasive tool for the grinding of the various metal product as tungsten steel welding parts, rapid tool steel, alloy tool steel, bearing steel, stainless steel, chrome steel, hardened steel, special cast iron, alnico, inconei and titanium alloy etc. It has a service life of 30-100 times of that of the relative traditional abrasive wheel as WA, GC and PA etc and can achieve the high precision and conformability for the grinded products. Because its hardness is only as high as half of that of the SDC, the grinding efficiency and service life is slightly poorer than these of the SDC when grinding the tungsten steel and carbide tools.

SDC：

Imported high-grade metal coated synthetic diamond, which features are fast grinding speed, good wear resistance, excellent keenness and long service life of grinding wheel, is applicable to the grinding of tungsten steel (carbide tools), ceramics, quartz, silicon, crystal, ferrite magnet, cast iron, reinforcing fiberglass, plastic cement, rubber and asbestos etc., but not applicable to the grinding of the metal product, such as rapid tool steel, alloy steel and nickel alloy, titanium alloy etc.

CBN  is CNB abrasive material, mainly applied in grinding wheel and polishing tools, mechanically machining hard iron workpieces. These tools are extensively applied in automobile and astronautic industries, to produce high precision parts such as gear, bearing, cam shaft, crank shaft as well as engineering parts.
